When you sign in with Google or email/password, we collect:

Your Google account ID (if signed in with Google)

Virtual coins and gems balance
In-app purchase history (order IDs only, for fraud prevention)
Level and XP progression
Friend list and game invites

Firebase Installation ID (for push notifications)
Advertising ID (for serving ads via AdMob)
App version

1.4 Usage Data

Games you play and gameplay events
Wins, losses, and game statistics
Mission progress
Preset emotes and quick chat messages sent during multiplayer games

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide and improve the Pipzo app
Save and sync your game progress across devices
Display non-personalized advertisements via AdMob
Process in-app purchases securely
Show leaderboards and statistics
Send push notifications for game invites and friend requests
Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
Respond to your support requests

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Google's servers with industry-standard encryption. All data transmission uses HTTPS. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Children's Privacy

Pipzo is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

6. Advertisements

Pipzo displays only non-personalized rewarded video advertisements through Google AdMob. Ads are user-initiated (e.g. tapping "Watch ad for free coins") and never auto-played.

Your Ad Preferences

You can reset your advertising ID in your device settings
You can opt out of personalized ads in your device's Google Settings
All ads in Pipzo are currently non-personalized by default

7. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. We do NOT store or have access to your payment information (credit card numbers, banking details).

Virtual currency (coins and gems) has no real-world value and cannot be:

Transferred to other accounts
Exchanged for real money
Withdrawn from the app

8. Your Rights and Account Deletion

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
Delete your account and associated data
Withdraw consent at any time
Opt out of personalized advertising via your device settings

How to delete your account: Open the Pipzo app and go to Profile → Request Account Deletion. This will open your email app with a pre-filled message to our support team. Alternatively, email us directly at pipzo.developer@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your home country. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in the app and on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Pipzo after changes means you accept the updated policy.

12. Not Gambling

Important: Pipzo is a free entertainment app. It is NOT a gambling service. Virtual coins and gems have NO real-world value. You cannot win or lose real money in Pipzo.
