1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pipzo, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old
• If under 18, you have parental/guardian permission
• You agree to be bound by these Terms
• You agree to our Privacy Policy

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use Pipzo
• Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One account per person

3. Your Account

3.1 Account Security

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• You are responsible for all activity on your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses from compromised accounts

3.2 Account Information

• Provide accurate, current information
• Update your information when changes occur
• Do not impersonate others or create multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You MAY:

• Play all available dice games
• Earn and spend virtual coins/gems
• Customize your avatar and dice
• Purchase in-app items through Google Play
• Share your scores on social media

4.2 You MAY NOT:

• Hack, cheat, or exploit bugs in the app
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Share your account with others
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use offensive language or content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use modified/cracked versions of the app
• Create fraudulent accounts
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the app for commercial purposes without permission

5. Virtual Currency

5.1 Coins and Gems

• Coins and gems are virtual items within the app
• They have NO real-world monetary value
• They cannot be transferred between accounts
• They cannot be exchanged for real money
• They cannot be withdrawn from the app

5.2 Usage

• Virtual currency is a limited license to use in Pipzo only
• We may modify, remove, or reset virtual items at any time
• Virtual currency is non-refundable once acquired

6. In-App Purchases

6.1 Purchase Process

• All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing
• Prices are displayed in your local currency
• Purchases are subject to Google Play's terms
• We do not store your payment information

6.2 Refunds

• Google Play has a 48-hour refund policy for most purchases
• We cannot process refunds directly
• Refund decisions are made by Google

6.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already made.

7. Advertisements

• Pipzo displays advertisements via Google AdMob
• By using Pipzo, you agree to receive ads
• You can opt for non-personalized ads in Settings
• Rewarded ads are optional and provide in-game rewards
• Ad-removal purchases (if available) are one-time and non-refundable

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

All content in Pipzo, including but not limited to:

• App design and graphics
• Logos and trademarks
• Sound effects and music
• Code and software
• Game mechanics and rules

...are the property of Pipzo Games and protected by copyright laws.

8.2 You May NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Create derivative works based on Pipzo
• Use our logos or trademarks without permission
• Claim ownership of any part of the app

8.3 User Content

Any content you create (usernames, in-game actions) must:

• Not violate any laws
• Not infringe on others' rights
• Not contain offensive or inappropriate material

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may stop using Pipzo at any time. You may delete your account via Settings → Account → Delete Account.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraud or cheating
• Harm other users
• Exploit bugs or security vulnerabilities
• Have not used the app for an extended period

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pipzo is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability of the app
• That the app will meet your specific requirements
• That errors or bugs will be corrected
• Preservation of game progress or virtual items

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipzo Games shall NOT be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or game progress
• Loss of virtual currency
• Device damage
• Business losses
• Personal injury

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pipzo Games from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the app
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any laws

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the app and on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of Pipzo after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree to changes, please stop using the app.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pipzo Games regarding the use of the app.
